Intermittent precipitation is expected in Azerbaijan on January 29.

Axar.az reports according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, a yellow weather alert has been issued.

In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, rain is expected in some areas, with the heaviest showers likely in suburban regions during the morning. Precipitation is expected to gradually stop during the day. A southeast wind will shift to northwest in the evening.

Temperatures will range from 2–5°C at night to 6–10°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 760 mmHg, and relative humidity will be 80–85%.

Across the regions of Azerbaijan, rain and snow are expected in some areas, with occasional short periods of heavier precipitation. Showers will gradually ease during the day. Fog is possible in some locations, and a light westerly wind will prevail.

Nighttime temperatures will be 0–5°C, daytime 6–11°C. In the mountains, temperatures will drop to −3–8°C at night and −3–0°C during the day.

Some mountain roads may be icy at night and in the early morning.
