The EU ambassador stressed that there is no ceasefire and that Russia is not complying with the agreements.

According to her, Russia attacked Ukraine with 90 drones during the night.

It should be noted that US President Donald Trump had asked his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, to stop the attacks for a week due to the severe cold in Kyiv.
