Man kills police officer in Moscow blast

On February 24, an unknown individual detonated an explosive device near Savyolovsky Railway Station in Moscow. The attacker and a police officer were killed in the blast, and two other officers were injured.

Axar.az informs, citing TASS, it has been established that on the night of February 23–24, a man approached three traffic police officers on duty at Savyolovsky Square and detonated an explosive device.

"The scene has been examined, and all necessary forensic tests—including genetic, medical, and explosive analyses—have been conducted. The attacker’s identity is still being established,” Svetlana Petrenko, official spokesperson for the Investigative Committee of Russia said.
