Katz says Naim ‌Qassem now ‘target for elimination’

Israel Katz, Israel’s defence minister, has said Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim ‌Qassem was now a “target for elimination”.

Axar.az informs "The terrorist organization Hezbollah will pay a heavy price for firing at Israel. Naim Qassem, Hezbollah’s deputy secretary general, who ordered the attack under Iran’s influence, is now a designated target.

Anyone who follows in Khamenei’s footsteps will soon join him in the depths of hell, alongside the other neutralized members of the so-called 'axis of evil'," Katz said on X.

It comes after Israeli jets bombed Lebanon, killing at least 31 people, after Hezbollah launched what it said was a rocket and drone attack against a military base near Haifa, in northern Israel, in retaliation for the killing of Khamenei.
