Poland scrambled fighter jets amid Russia's overnight strike

Poland had scrambled military aircraft due to Russia's large-scale overnight attack on Ukraine.

Axar.az informs that the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces stated that all operations aimed at preventing potential threats have now been completed.

"Military aviation operations in Polish airspace related to missile strikes by the Russian Federation on Ukraine have been completed. The ground-based air defense and radar reconnaissance systems that had been activated have returned to standard operational activity," the command said on X.

The country's Armed Forces also noted that no violations of Poland’s airspace were recorded.
