Erdogan, Pashinyan discuss Turkiye–Armenia normalization

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Axar.az reports that the two leaders discussed the ongoing normalization process between Turkiye and Armenia, including steps aimed at establishing direct trade between the two countries.

During the call, Erdogan told Pashinyan that efforts to normalize relations between Ankara and Yerevan are continuing through measures designed to launch direct commercial ties.

The Turkish president also reiterated Turkiye’s commitment to promoting peace and stability in the region and said Ankara would continue to support initiatives contributing to that goal.
