Zelensky: We will not just silently die

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine will maintain its recent surge of attacks deep inside Russia.

Axar.az reports that Zelensky made the remarks in an interview with Sky News.

Earlier this week, Kyiv launched a series of attack on the city of St Petersburg - where a major economic forum was being held - while other attacks have struck hundreds of kilometres away from Russia's border with Ukraine.

Ukraine learnt, studied and produced a lot of different missiles and drones, Zelensky told to the journalist.

Discussing the attacks, he said: "We will not just silently die. We will respond. We will be stronger and stronger each day."

He said the attacks had shown Ukraine's drones will go to Russia's cities and major urban areas, not just targeting isolated villages.

"We will bring back their war on their territory," he added.
