CNN: US aims to keep Israel out of Iran operation

After a sharp escalation between the US and Iran that threatened to undo the ceasefire agreement, Israeli sources said the US President Donald Trump administration doesn’t want Israel involved in the fighting over concerns of losing control of the conflict.

Axar.az reports, citing CNN, that “(Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu would really want to join the US strikes,” one of the sources said, “but the US doesn’t want Israel involved at the moment.”
