Magnitude 3.3 earthquake strikes Georgia

A 3.3-magnitude earthquake struck Georgia on Monday evening.

Axar.az reports that, according to the Institute of Earth Sciences and the National Seismic Monitoring Center, the tremor occurred at 8:40 p.m. local time (the same as Baku time), 23 kilometers north of Akhalgori and about 1 kilometer from the village of Ukanamkhari.

No casualties or damage have been reported.
