Four people were killed and 46 others were injured in Ukrainian attacks on Russia's Belgorod region over the past 24 hours.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, said the information was shared by the region's acting governor, Alexander Shuvayev, on social media.

Seven of the injured are in serious condition. If necessary, they will be transferred to federal medical centers, Shuvayev said.

According to Shuvayev, the Belgorod region came under attack 91 times over the past 24 hours. Ukrainian forces carried out four strikes using aircraft, multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), and artillery, and also dropped explosives from a drone in one incident. Russian air defense systems shot down 128 drones over the region.
