Rubio: Progress made in Hormuz talks, no final deal yet

There's been progress made in those talks, but not finality yet. We're hoping that will happen very shortly.

Axar.az reports, citing CBS News, that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio made the remarks to reporters at the State Department.

Earlier, President Donald Trump said the Strait of Hormuz could be fully reopened later today
