Russia has not received any official request from Armenia regarding the termination of the concession agreement with South Caucasus Railway.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, that Moscow supports resolving such issues through consultations and dialogue.

"No official requests regarding the termination of the concession have been received from Armenia, but we constantly hear statements about this in the public sphere," Overchuk said.

"We support resolving all issues through consultations and dialogue in a calm manner. We are ready to continue working and continue the concession in Armenia," he added.

Overchuk's remarks came after Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Armenia could demand $2 billion annually from Russia for the use of Armenian railways.
