Turkiye's IHA-300 hits target more than 250 km away

Turkiye's new “IHA-300” hypersonic missile accurately hit a target more than 250 kilometers away.

Axar.az reports, citing Turkish media, that according to ROKETSAN CEO Murat İkinci, the target was struck over the Black Sea.

“With these air-to-ground hypersonic missiles, which have a range of up to 300 kilometers, the capabilities of the Turkish Air Force will be significantly expanded. We aim to expand the range of products being developed in this field,” the ROKETSAN chief said.

He noted that the new missiles are planned to be integrated into the arsenals of both military aircraft and strike unmanned aerial vehicles.

ROKETSAN CEO also announced that serial production of another Turkish ballistic missile, the TAYFUN Block-4, which is capable of striking targets more than 1,000 kilometers away, will begin soon.
