A 2.8 magnitude earthquake struck 3 km southeast of the village of Shoghakat in Armenia.
Axar.az reports, citing Armenian media, that the Seismic Protection Territorial Service said the quake occurred at 12:17 local time (08:17 GMT) on September 17, 3 km southeast of the village of Shoghakat, at a depth of 10 km.
The intensity of the earthquake measured 3-4 points in the epicentral zone and was felt in several villages in Gegharkunik Province.
