The cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a draft agreement with the government of Turkey on combined freight transport, Yeni Şafak reported citing Ukrainian media.

This decision will contribute to the development of relations in the sphere of transport between the two countries. According to the order № 798 dated November 2, the government authorized the Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan on the signing of this agreement, the Interfax-Ukraine said.

Kiev hoped that the agreement would contribute to boost and develop bilateral relations in the field of transportation with Ankara. The decision for the agreement was made by a Turkish-Ukrainian joint commission on road transport in early October.
