Armenia, which continues its attacks on Azerbaijani lands, has reaffirmed that it is the biggest obstacle to peace and stability in the South Caucasus.

Axar.az reports that, the statement came from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a video speech at the 75th session of the UN General Assembly.
