Putin insulted: These countries are Shirkhan's jackals

Sometimes here and there they cling to Russia for no reason.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin, commenting on the steps taken by some Western countries against Russia.

"It simply came to our notice then. I have already said that sometimes here and there they cling to Russia for no reason. Of course, all sorts of little Tabaki (jackals) revolve around them, just like around Shirkhan. Everything is the same as in Kipling. They are trying to convince their sovereigns (here used in the sense of 'their master' - ed.)," he said.

It should be noted that the expulsion of Russian diplomats from a number of Eastern European countries in recent days has upset the Kremlin.
