According to reports, Russian mercenaries offer women to develop themselves in sniper, medical, communications, electronic warfare and anti-aircraft units.

"The first contract is concluded for 6 months, two months of which are dedicated to training. The monthly payment is 110-120 thousand rubles. After being sent to the combat zone, the amount of payment increases by 2 times. On the day of signing the contract, 50,000 rubles are given once. If a woman is injured in a battle, she receives a payment of 1-3 million rubles. In case of his death, 5 million rubles are paid to his relatives," the information stated.
