The Order of "Friendship" was presented to Russian businessman God Nisanov at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Russia.

Axar.az reports that G. Nisanov was presented the award by Polad Bulbuloghlu, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia.

It should be recalled that the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev recently signed a decree awarding God Nisanov with the Order of "Friendship" for his services in the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, P. Bulbuloghlu noted the important role of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Russia:

"We are proud that people from Azerbaijan represent our motherland properly. We are very pleased with your success and wish you even greater success."

G. Nisanov noted that the award he received belongs not only to him but to all Azerbaijanis:

The Order of "Friendship" is symbolic for me. This is a reward not only for me but for all my compatriots who support Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is a part of us, a part of our life. No matter where we are, our fate is connected with Azerbaijan."
