Russia is making plans to weaken its Western enemies, including the United States, and to use the war in Ukraine to create a global order free from American dominance.

Axar.az reports that the "Washington Post" published information about this concerning secret documents of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

"The 2023 document says: We must continue to improve our relations with unfriendly states. To take practical steps to weaken Russia's enemies, it is important to create a mechanism for searching for weaknesses in their foreign and domestic policies," said one of the European intelligence agencies.

The document says that the outcome of the war in Ukraine will largely determine the shape of the future world order.
