Armenia's refusal to delimit and demarcate borders with Azerbaijan will lead to a new escalation in the South Caucasus.

Axar.az reports that Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said this at a meeting with residents of Kirants village of Tavush region.

"If we do not take steps related to delimitation and demarcation, I guarantee that another explosion will occur in our region," Pashinyan said.
