UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to resolve all remaining bilateral issues to normalize relations.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in the statement of Stefan Dujarric, the official representative of the head of the world organization.

According to him, the Secretary-General carefully followed the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

He welcomes the agreement reached between the respective state commissions on the delimitation of the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan on April 19:

"The Secretary-General calls on the parties to continue the delimitation and demarcation of the remaining parts of the border and to resolve all outstanding bilateral issues for the full normalization of relations."
