Russia violated the Chemical Weapons Convention and used chloropicrin chemical weapon against Ukrainian forces.

Axar.az reports that the US State Department has released information about this.

Russia has also reportedly used provocative weapons to wage war in Ukraine, which violates the Chemical Weapons Convention.

It is also reported that this is not the first time that Russia has used such chemicals.
