Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi has expressed his condolences to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that this information was posted on the official website of the Egyptian head of state.

President El-Sisi expressed his heartfelt condolences to the leadership and people of Azerbaijan following the tragic plane crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger aircraft. The President prayed to Allah the Almighty to grant His mercy to the victims and bestow patience and solace upon their families, wishing speedy recovery for the injured.
