St. Petersburg governor offers condolences to Azerbaijan

St. Petersburg governor Alexander Beglov wrote his heartfelt words in the condolence book at the Consulate General of Azerbaijan and laid flowers in front of the building of the diplomatic mission.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the press center of the St. Petersburg Administration.

On December 26, Governor Alexander Beglov came to the Consulate General and expressed his grief in his condolence book:

"On behalf of the residents of St. Petersburg, I offer my deepest condolences on behalf of the residents of St. Petersburg regarding the loss of life as a result of the accident of the plane belonging to "Azerbaijan Airlines" CJSC in the city of Aktau." A. Beglov expressed his words of support to the relatives and friends of the victims and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.

The governor wrote: "St. Petersburg residents share the pain and sorrow of the people of the friendly Republic of Azerbaijan."
