4 AZAL crash victims' bodies arrive in Baku

The remains of the four people who died in the plane belonging to "Azerbaijan Airlines" CJSC (AZAL) that crashed in the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan, will be brought to Baku today.

Axar.az reports that Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Adil Abdullayev said this.

According to him, the bodies of those who lost their lives will be brought to the country by an AZAL plane.

The major general said that seven of the wounded were brought to Baku by a special plane of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, accompanied by a doctor and professional psychologists, and their treatment will continue in the capital's medical institutions.

It should be recalled that the passenger plane belonging to AZAL carrying out the Baku-Grozny flight crashed on December 25 near the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan. Out of 67 people on board the airliner, 38 died and 29 survived.
