Ukrainian army may retreat in Donetsk

In the Donetsk region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine may withdraw somewhat, but this will happen in the worst case.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Major Alexei Getman, a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

He emphasized that currently the enemy is exerting strong pressure on this part of the front (Pokrovski, Toretski and Chasovyarovski ed.).

According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will most likely destroy the enemy there.

Getman noted that, according to the military information received from the Pokrovsky, Toretsky and Chasovyarovsky directions, there is no sign of a decrease in the intensity of the Russian attack:

"However, as both the commander of the National Guard and the generals of the NATO countries said, according to all signs, somewhere in late August - early September, the Russians will run out of opportunities to carry out such strong, intensive offensive actions. Therefore, we must resist."
