Ukraine rejects mediators for peace with Russia

Ukraine does not need mediators for peace talks with Russia. We need allies and a peace conference to end the war.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Germany Aleksey Makeyev.

"We don't need contact groups to get closer to real peace, we need the next peace conference inviting all the countries of the world to work towards a just peace," he said.

According to the diplomat, the only way to a fair and lasting peace is the ten-point plan presented by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky back in 2022.
