Russia's Su-57 aircraft has been spotted in China for the first time. This could indicate that Russia plans to expand its cooperation with China.

Axar.az informs that "Defense Express" reported this information.

The Su-57 conducted a demonstration flight in preparation for the "Airshow China 2024" aerospace exhibition in Zhuhai:

"In Russia, the Su-57 is referred to as a fifth-generation fighter, but it actually belongs to the 4++ generation. The presence of the Su-57 at the exhibition in China clearly demonstrates Moscow's desire to show Beijing that this fighter has already proven itself in combat conditions. Additionally, it may hint at expanding cooperation with China in Russia's defense industry complex.

China, however, continues to openly deny the fact of cooperation with Russia. Nevertheless, in 2023, China assisted Russia in the production of weapons such as Mi-17 helicopters, Su-35 fighter jets, and S-400 systems for the war in Ukraine."
