During the talks with Syrian President Bashar Assad in Damascus, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arakchi conveyed the message of the Iranian leadership. This confirms Iran's determination to fight terrorism.

Axar.az reports that Iranian journalist Abbas Juma wrote about this on the Telegram channel.

According to Juma, Tehran expressed its full readiness to fully support Damascus.

"Bashar Assad told Abbas Arakchi that Syria is continuing a fierce fight against terrorist organizations throughout its territory. Assad emphasized that the fight against terrorism, destroying the structure of terrorism and drying up its sources serve not only Syria, but also the stability and security of the entire region.

It should be noted that before this information was spread that Bashar Assad made an official appeal to Iran for the fight against terrorism.
