New transitional government formed in Syria

As we reported earlier, a new transitional government is being formed in Syria following the fall of the Ba'ath regime.

Axar.az reports thatciting Turkish media, the transitional government plans to establish new ministries as well.

The composition of the transitional government in Syria is as follows:

- Leader of the new government – Ahmad al-Sharaa

- Prime Minister – Mohammad al-Bashir

- Minister of Foreign Affairs – Assad Hassan al-Sheibani

- Minister of Interior – Mohammad Abd al-Rahman

- Minister of Justice – Shadi al-Waisi

- Minister of Information – Mohammad Yagub al-Omar

- Minister of Health – Mahir al- Sharaa

- Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation – Mohammad Taha al-Ahmad

- Minister of Education and Training – Nazir Mohammad al-Qadiri

- Minister of Local Governance and Services – Mohammad Abd al-Rahman Muslim

- Minister of Waqfs – Husam Haji Hussein

- Minister of Higher Education – Abdulmunim Abdulhafiz

- Minister of Economy and Trade – Basil Abdulaziz

- Head of the Women's Affairs Department – Aisha al-Dibs
