Syria’s Foreign Minister, Hossam al-Shaibani, has called on Iran to respect the will of the Syrian people and the country’s sovereignty.

“Iran must respect the will of the Syrian people, the country’s sovereignty, and territorial integrity,” al-Shaibani stated.

The Foreign Minister also emphasized that Iran should refrain from spreading chaos in Syria and held Tehran responsible for its recent statements.

It is worth noting that Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, had called on Syrian youth to stand firmly against those who are causing instability in the country.
