Unknown individuals have robbed the estate of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s brother-in-law, MP Grigory Akopyan.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the "Hraparak" newspaper.

The publication notes that the robbery occurred at the beginning of the year, but Akopyan tried to hide the fact, explaining it by not wanting to create various speculations. However, the incident is actively discussed within party circles.

The Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs has confirmed the incident and stated that on January 14, information about a theft at the estate in the village of Dzorakhbyur was received, and the materials have been sent to the Investigative Committee.

The newspaper notes that the estate was purchased by Akopyan after the change of government in Armenia.
