Putin is not going to end the war in Ukraine. Currently, the Russian military command is planning new long-term operations.

Axar.az reports that this claim was made by the US Institute for the Study of War.

According to the information, the new Russian operation could take 9 months. The institute said that Russia's goal is to capture the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region:

"Russia's methods show that they want to slowly capture the cities along the front. Putin does not want to end the war, because the Russian command is planning a new long-term operation."
