The head of the US Department of State Administration for Economic and Social Development (DOGE), billionaire Elon Musk, has called on Ukraine to hold presidential elections.

Axar.az reports that I. Musk wrote about this on the X network.

"Hold elections," Musk said, commenting on the message of the Verkhovna Rada on the adoption of a resolution expanding Zelensky's powers.

It should be noted that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the "Declaration on Support for Democracy in Ukraine in the Context of the Aggression of the Russian Federation." According to the statement, the powers of President Volodymyr Zelensky will continue until the end of martial law in the country.
