I welcome the announcement of the conclusion of peace negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron while commenting on the agreement on the text of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

"There is now nothing to prevent the signing of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan that will pave the way for lasting peace in the South Caucasus," Macron stressed.

It should be noted that today, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced the conclusion of the negotiation process on the text of the peace agreement.
