Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev voiced these thoughts in an interview with Euronews television.

The head of state said that the sooner they understand this, the better it will be for them.

"Because if you always rely on someone's help, firstly, it will weaken you; secondly, there is no guarantee that this help will be permanent, and thirdly, you lose part of your sovereignty," President Ilham Aliyev added.
