Erdogan: Opposition has shown great irresponsibility

The opposition has shown great irresponsibility.

Axar.az reports that these words were spoken by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

"Turkiye has an opposition with no vision. Stop disturbing our citizens with provocations. End your attacks on our police," Erdogan stated.

Notably, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor and CHP member Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was detained on March 19, was arrested on March 23 on corruption charges and removed from office. Since his detention, CHP supporters have been holding protests in various cities across Turkiye, especially in Istanbul.
