Russian ruler Vladimir Putin's popularity has always been boosted by war. It is war that has become a political necessity for him and millions of his people.

Axar.az reports that the British newspaper The Times wrote about this.

"US President Donald Trump may finally understand that Putin is not interested in stopping the war with Ukraine until all his initial goals are achieved. The last thing Trump wants is to disagree with Putin, whom he deeply admires. If an agreement is not reached, it is important that he can blame President Zelensky. Putting forward an unacceptable proposal is one way to ensure that the blame for any failure falls on Ukraine, not Russia or Trump," the publication said.
