Pakistan plans to expel 3 million Afghans this year, continuing its crackdown on undocumented foreigners.

Axar.az, citing AP, reports that deportations were set to begin on April 1 but were postponed until April 10 due to Eid al-Fitr.

While some Afghans hold legal residency documents, the number of undocumented exceeds a million, and face forced removal.

The Taliban has criticized the expulsion, urging Pakistan to ensure a dignified return. Many Afghans, including those born in Pakistan, face an uncertain future as they prepare for displacement.
