Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will visit China.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Liu Qianchao, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and head of the International Relations Department of the CPC Central Committee, at the conference on "Azerbaijan-China Strategic Partnership: Promoting Consolidation and Cooperation in the Global South".

Liu Qianchao noted that decisions on specific projects will be made within the framework of the visit to be held in April of this year:

"There is great potential for deepening our relations. President Ilham Aliyev will visit China in April of this year. We will make decisions on more specific projects within the framework of this visit."
