Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and opposition National Unity leader Benny Gantz have urged the government to make Tehran pay for the Houthis' attacks on Tel Aviv.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by The Times of Israel.

"When Iran's terrorist group, the Houthis, fire at Israel, Israel must respond to Tehran. It is Iran that finances, arms, trains, and controls the Houthis. Iran has a lot to lose, while the Houthis have less. Therefore, Israel must demand accountability from Iran. This is the only way for Iran to understand that it must not fire at the Jewish state," Bennett wrote on social media.

Gantz delivered a similar message, stating, "The solution to Yemen lies in Iran. We must not settle for just responding to the Houthis."

It should be noted that the Houthis launched a Zulfiqar ballistic missile at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport yesterday.
