The new draft agreement with the U.S. on mineral resources contradicts Ukraine’s EU integration conditions and constitution but could become acceptable after revisions.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Sergey Leshchenko, an advisor to the Office of Volodymyr Zelensky.

"The agreement may seem unacceptable to us. The government and the Ministry of Justice are working on it. However, all aspects that contradict the constitution and European integration can be transformed into a viable project for Ukraine," he said.
