Three out of four missing U.S. soldiers have been found dead during military exercises in Lithuania.

Axar.az reports that this was confirmed by the U.S. Army’s Europe and Africa Command.

"On March 31, the bodies of three American soldiers were found in Lithuania. Search and rescue operations for the fourth soldier are ongoing," the statement said.

Notably, on the morning of March 25, an "M88A2 Hercules" armored recovery vehicle carrying four U.S. soldiers went missing. The vehicle was discovered in a swampy area on March 26.

Meanwhile, Daily Mail reported on March 26 that all four soldiers’ bodies had been found near the Lithuania-Belarus border.
