Moscow has not yet received any signals from Europe regarding readiness for dialogue or the desire to organize talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Axar.az reports Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian leader, stated this.

'So far, there have been no signals,' he said.

Earlier, the "coalition of the willing" on Ukraine concluded that at least one European leader should engage with Putin. This was reported by Finnish President Alexander Stubb. According to him, 'France or the United Kingdom should talk to Putin.
