The live broadcast of the first matches of the 1/4 final stage of the UEFA Europa League, which is to be held today, on the "CBC Sport" TV channel, will not be possible due to technical reasons.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in a statement released by the TV channel.

"CBC Sport" announced that despite the necessary work being done to resolve the problem that arose due to technical issues due to reasons beyond its control, it was not possible to resolve it:

"During the 9 years of our operation, there have been no serious problems in broadcasting the sports competitions that we planned to broadcast live on our airwaves. During the European Cup matches, such an incident has not occurred at all, and the European Cup matches have always been presented to you at a high level. Such situations - cases of certain broadcasts not taking place due to technical issues on televisions - occur from time to time in world practice. No matter how undesirable it is, these situations sometimes cannot be prevented due to technical reasons".

The TV channel apologized for the lack of live broadcast of the games due to reasons beyond its control:

"We hope for your understanding, and we will work to ensure that such an incident does not happen again."
