US Defense Secretary Scott Bessent has accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky of violating a mineral rights agreement.

Axar.az reports that he said this in an interview with journalist Tucker Carlson.

"Then he came to the Oval Office and ruined everything. It was like the simplest thing: he just had to come and hold a press conference. We were supposed to have a private dinner. If he had any objections - there were nine of us and nine of them, he could have voiced all his objections there. There is a famous photo in the East Wing ballroom - everything was laid out on the table to be signed, but it was not signed," Bessent noted.
