In the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan, has kicked off a grand show as part of the opening of the Year of the Cultural Capital of the Turkic World.
Axar.az informs the event brought together 25,000 participants, including delegations from five countries.
the opening featured a drone show showcasing the cultures of various Turkic peoples.
It is organized by the International Organization TURKSOY, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Mangistau Regional Akimat, and the Akimat of Aktau.
It was announced that throughout the year, the city will host folklore festivals, scientific forums, and art exhibitions.
“In 2025, Aktau will continue to celebrate and pass down the traditions of Turkic nations to future generations. These cultural events will further strengthen the unity and rich diversity of the Turkic world.”
