The European Commission is a good institution that has adopted bandit methods. If they behave so rudely towards potential members, what will happen when the state completely submits to their will?

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, while commenting on the European Commission's threat regarding the visit of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić to Moscow on May 9.

"Has the European Commission already given up on democracy? If they accept democracy as a principle, then they should also respect the democratic will of the people. Otherwise, they should not resort to the dictatorial methods that they criticize," Zakharova emphasized.

It should be noted that the West has threatened that Serbia's membership in the EU may be banned if Vučić visits Moscow.
