Kazakhstan is launching a new visa program aimed at attracting long-term foreign investments.

Axar.az reports citing the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, new rules for obtaining a so-called "golden" investor visa have been approved at the initiative of the institution.

"According to the new rules, foreign citizens who invest at least 300 thousand US dollars in the authorized capital of Kazakh companies or local securities will be able to submit an electronic application for an investor visa," the information says.

This "golden" visa subsequently allows you to obtain a residence permit in Kazakhstan for up to 10 years.

It should be noted that the innovation reflects Kazakhstan's strategic focus on openness, capital protection, and the development of sustainable international economic relations.

The document comes into force 10 days after its publication.
